Kathryn’s professional career includes over 20 years of managerial positions. As Vice President of Clinical Services for Health Resource Management in San Francisco, Kathryn managed 150 staff and gained first-hand knowledge of the challenges that leaders face in building a business and creating a high performing team. Her corporate experience includes leading enterprise level change management projects. She led national teams for the implementation of the Electronic Medical Record at Kaiser Permanente and provided program management of strategic process improvement initiatives and three national sales force launch readiness teams at Genentech.

Kathryn volunteers as a Career Advisor for Dress For Success in San Francisco and leads a mentor circle for the Healthcare Business Women Association. She is passionate about supporting our next generation and serves as a mentor working with under privileged children for the SMART organization. She continues to maintain her Active CA Nursing License.
