RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Anne has 20+ years of experience in developing people, leadership and team performance. Through the changes of habits and inner motivation, she creates high sustainable results for large businesses as a consultant. She has herself practiced leadership by being a leader in the IT industry for several years and has a great insight into how theory and practice together can move the individual in their development.
Anne has studied habits and the inner motivational power since she was young and started an active sports life as a gymnast. She has coached athletes and overweight to reach their full potential and have over 3000 + hours of experience in 1:1 development and coaching with clients.
She is native Danish, lives in Copenhagen with her husband Filip and their 2 children (Xander on 11 and Clara on 18 years old).
After a sharp coaching engagement with Anne, a newborn curiosity on people appeared. Handy tools and fantastic coaching support has created for me an environment that´s far more motivating to live and work in.
