Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience leading and coaching executives and emerging leaders in diverse leadership roles and across many industries. Her coaching helps clients make the transition from Manager to Leader by developing authentic leadership presence and professional effectiveness.

Charlotte began her career as a VP of HR in the banking industry and as a training and development specialist in the retail world. She has two decades of experience as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant across diverse industries helping clients improve business results through organizational development, executive coaching, strategy planning, team facilitation / problem solving, and customized leadership training.

Charlotte has spent 20 years with the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo, NY. She designed programs and taught 5-day creative workshops in their Facilitating Creative Leadership Program for 11 years. She uses the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving model and other tools and techniques that encourage creative thinking and the skills to create high performance, innovative teams. Charlotte was selected as a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation in recognition of her work at the Institute.


After 28 years of corporate life I was ready for change but didn’t know where to begin.
