Leadership challenges are best met with a strong team and a great coach – I’ve been lucky to have both over the last few years in Duncan. Conversations framed in leadership principles, with real world experience pushed my thinking faster and farther than I thought possible. Duncan takes the time to learn the business and the people on the team at all levels. With his coaching and leadership development work with the staff, we were able to turn around a failing division, while improving Employee Engagement and creating a fluid set of working agreements that changed slow policy with fast moving teamwork.
