Interview-based and Online 360-Degree Leader and Team Assessment

This is recommended to gather qualitative input and feedback from all team members to assess the executive team’s dynamic and top areas to feel empowered to act on strategy. It also provides deeper context for offsite programming that may be needed, e.g. interviews are designed to identify any challenges (or ‘elephants’ in the room).
