Brenda has over 30 years’ experience as a scientist, executive, consultant, and coach. In her coaching practice her approach is to “meet the client where they are.” She leverages her experience as a manager and consultant, and uses an integral approach to help her clients develop core competencies that enable them to excel not only in their work, but also in all areas of their lives. Using empathetic listening, insight and compassion she helps her clients build the emotional intelligence they need to deliver rapid and long lasting results in people and in intensive business environments.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Brenda had 20 years of experience working for Fortune 100 companies including DuPont, UGI, Merck & Company Inc., and Sunmark Industries, a division of Sunoco Oil Company. She has held a variety of positions in Research and Development, Management, Marketing, Finance, Training and Development, Sales and Human Resources. As Vice Preseident at a management consulting company, Brenda was responsible for Business Management, Strategy and Product Development.

She has developed and implemented training and conducted coaching on Empowerment, Diversity, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Professional Development and Team Building.
