Diane’s dynamic career reflects 26 years of consulting accomplishments including 18 years of executive coaching specializing in leadership and team development. Working primarily with talent from Fortune 1000 and middle-market organizations, Diane has coached C-level executives, global senior vice presidents, directors and hundreds of high-potential middle management professionals. Diane has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and human resources within private industry and for entrepreneurial enterprises. Affiliations included: Ford Motor Co., Westin and Omni hotels, Lee Hecht Harrison, Paragon Leadership International, Career Systems International, Juice, Inc., BPI Group, National Personnel Associates and Walsh College.
Her strong belief in “giving back” has contributed to Diane’s established record of community and non-profit leadership service. She launched a grass roots fund raiser supporting therapeutic yoga scholarships for people with Multiple Sclerosis that is now a non-profit. She recently launched a non-profit career accelerator for young professionals in Austin.
