RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Jon combines over 20 years of executive coaching, leadership and team development, and organization consulting across multiple industries alongside product management experience in Retail and Financial Services. Previously, Jon was an organization development leader at Levi Strauss & Co, where he led the development and global introduction of behavior competencies and coached leaders on leveraging competencies to drive performance. Earlier in his career, Jon was a consulting leader at Accenture and Watson Wyatt where he advised a variety of clients on leading large-scale change, improving organization effectiveness and design, and engaging employees. In addition, Jon has held Category and Product Management roles within Retail and Financial Services industries where he was responsible for the merchandising and profitability of multiple products and services. 

 Jon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School and a BA in social psychology from Cornell University, where he graduated with honors. He has served on the boards of the Bay Area and San Diego chapters of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
