CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shannon on several projects and each one delivered extremely successful outcomes. Working with Shannon on a one to one basis was the most satisfying in that her attention to detail, wealth of information and experience helped me to see issues and challenges from many different angles — big picture to minute details. On a more personal note, Shannon is truly a wonderful, warm and giving person.

Shannon was a fantastic partner and a trusted resource for me while I was at Blurb. She helped us build a leadership development program for our talent, and worked closely with the Executive Team as well. Shannon’s breadth of experience—from coaching to training and off-site facilitation—allowed me to expand the reach of HR in a start-up environment. She quickly establishes credibility with all levels, and approaches her work with a sense of humor that is much appreciated at a hectic start-up. I hope to continue to work with Shannon for years to come!
