RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Kimberly first joined Bain to lead MBA Recruiting in San Francisco. After Bain, she went on to MBA Admissions at Wharton where she read applications, interviewed candidates, and travelled globally to market the program. Kimberly then took these experiences across Bain and Wharton and joined The MBA Exchange. She spent a decade coaching clients through the application process to top-tier global MBA programs, brought in new corporate clients, and achieved success for all her clients. She rejoined Bain in 2013 and relocated to Beijing, China in 2015. In APAC, she lead the new Bain Career Advisory, where she coached and trained employees across 15 APAC offices on topics ranging from career planning to leadership to transition. She returned to the US and completed her coaching certification and training through the Co-Active Training Institute, and ICF ACC credential. She is now part of the BEST team, helping to build a wellbeing culture across Bain, and recently started her own coaching company KRS Executive Coaching, LLC in 2023.

She resides just outside of Washington DC with her husband, two teenagers, and two rescue dogs.
