RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Prior to entering consulting Patty worked for BP as a geoscientist, researcher, strategist and business development manager. Patty was raised in the United States and South America and has traveled and worked extensively abroad. This has given her a unique perspective that helps her to advise organizations with an internationally diverse workforce. Her clients have included managers from 5 continents..
