RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Duncan’s leadership roles include general management, marketing, strategy and product management with a focus on high growth and emerging businesses including Walmart.com, Pacific Telesis (now AT&T) and BabyCenter (now Johnson & Johnson).
Duncan helps individuals and teams embrace and utilize their unique strengths, identify and overcome their limitations, and develop new leadership skills. He serves as a catalyst for change working to develop highly engaged, high-performance cultures built on a foundation of authentic leadership. He works with individuals, teams and organizations.
Duncan lives in Marin County with his wife and two teenage sons. He can often be found riding and running on trail or road, and competes in triathlons as a celebration of fitness. He was a competitive sailor from the age of 9, competing on the UC Irvine sailing team. Duncan is passionate about outdoor and athletic adventures as a foundation for leadership.
