Megan offers more than 20 years executive experience as the former head of marketing, employee engagement, customer service and sales teams for startup and mid sized tech firms, including Akamai Technologies, Visio Corp (acquired by Microsoft), CREDO Mobile and Lively. She also has been a consultant to Fortune 500 companies across varied industries (e.g. technology, biotech, consumer packaged goods and financial services) to guide them through massive change and achieve organizational alignment, and team health. She’s exceptionally skilled in helping clients create what they want and accelerated action to achieve their big vision.
In addition to working with diverse leaders and across varied industries, Megan has led pro bono client engagements for more than three years at the Taproot Foundation, which aims to build the infrastructure of social change organizations and nonprofits. Megan also co-leads a mastermind group for Bay Area nonprofit executives and is a former mindfulness instructor for the San Francisco Education Fund
