Gillian has worked across multiple industry sectors in the US, Asia and Europe for early stage start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. She had held leadership roles at Vendavo (owned by the private equity firm Francisco Partners), Windom International, Korn Ferry and Fujitsu Consulting. An industry leader, Gillian was President of NorCal’s Professional Coaches, Mentors, and Advisors (PCMA). She has rafted Class 4 rapids in Costa Rica, climbed Mount Kailash in Tibet (18,000ft), cycled through the Umbria Region of Italy, and competed in triathlons. She draws inspiration from nature and meditative spaces, and can be found most mornings hiking the coastal bluffs with her dog.
