Now, he has a reputation for helping teams to navigate difficult areas, translate ideas into actions and find the basis for building stronger identities and relationships through an understanding of what makes things work. Carl is known for his proven ability to picture, create, design and facilitate an appropriate solution when others have seen no way forward.
Carl is a professional coach with years of individual executive coaching experience and has written, designed and delivered training packages to groups all over the world, including on location in Manila, Cape Town, Cairo, Rio, Hong Kong, Singapore as well as locations across Europe and the US.
