Kathleen brings over 25 years of diverse working with individuals and organizations with a core focus on improving performance and fulfillment. Clients describe her as a playful, focused catalyst and role model. Fascinated by humans, human behavior, and the systems in which we work and live, Kathleen applies positive psychology principles with a pragmatic approach to help clients create meaningful changes. Taking a strengths-based approach to development, she works with leaders to create environments in which people flourish. She also trains leaders how to be better coaches, drawing upon a proven model she co-created with Jack Zenger (The Extraordinary Coach: How the Best Leaders Help Others Grow, McGraw Hill). In addition to coaching, a key aspect of Kathleen’s work is to facilitate team effectiveness through offsite retreats and authentic conversations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Kathleen founded her own professional services organization in 2000, focused on professional coaching, learning and organizational development. She has served on faculty for 17 years at the Hudson Institute of Coaching, guiding coaches in training to complete their professional certifications. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Coaches Collective International, a non-profit organization. Kathleen has worked globally across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, professional services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and has also worked in government and non-profit sectors.
Kathleen received the Master Certified Coach credential in 2005, the highest designation awarded to professional coaches by the International Coach Federation. She currently certifies individuals on Zenger Folkman’s 360 suite of assessments, and she also teaches and certifies professionals on the Integrative Enneagram IEQ assessment.
