Lucille works comfortably across different levels of the organization, from Board and Executive to technical, entry-level staff and volunteer levels. With a specific interest in transformation work and complexity, her experience includes not only the facilitative and project related implementation of change, but also includes a focus on research, and development. She is the co-developer of the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire, a computerized adaptive test (CAT) that is being used globally by Enneagram Practitioners as best of breed. She currently serves as the Managing Director of the South Africa ODN.
A trailblazer in her field, Lucille loves to challenge conventional ways of operating in the name of engaging more deeply with people. She has a deep love for people and a capacity to inspire her clients, while comfortably being a wife and mother.
