Renata has spent the past twenty years as a change agent for individuals, teams, and organizations. During her eight years at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and McKesson, she led large-scale organization transformation efforts. While at PDI/Korn Ferry International for nine years, she applied research-based assessment techniques to advise clients on strategic hiring, promotion, and development decisions and coached Fortune 100 leaders. As a certified coach for the past decade, Renata has worked with a diverse set of clients and organizations to achieve lasting results. She practices what she preaches and is continuously expanding her own toolkit, perspectives and experiences.
Renata’s coaching practice is built upon a rigorous academic foundation and a lifelong passion for adult development. Her approach and perspectives are further shaped by her experiences as a psychologist, change agent, trusted advisor and consultant, inquisitive researcher and author, working woman, partner, parent, and global traveler.
