Before finding his calling as an executive coach, he spent 15 years in various management roles, leading teams in the advertising, consumer marketing, and design industries. Through this experience, he developed a deep appreciation for the intense personal and organizational demands that successful executives must meet every day.
Along with leadership coaching, one of Michael’s core areas of expertise is workflow coaching. He developed this focus during his time as a Senior Coach and Director of Business Development for Coaching Services for David Allen, widely considered to be the productivity guru of this era. He incorporates many of the ideas and practices he learned from David Allen into his work when appropriate.
